OPENING DATE: Upon Receipt CLOSING DATE: June 5, 2009 (Late fee of $25 applicable after this date; entry cannot be guaranteed after closing date) FEES: $25.00 Test Only, Jr Riders may take a $3.00/class discount. Additional $10.00 per event for non-TVDCTA members
All
entries not postmarked and in the show secretary's hands by the closing date
will be subject to a $25 late fee, with entry NOT guaranteed. Negative
Coggins Test (within one year) must accompany entry form. This includes any
horse stable at any venue. No
phone entries or entries via email will be accepted.
All riders must have a completed and signed entry before the event.
All
Scheduling is Final. - No refunds after the closing date. Entries
will be given a ride time on a first come basis. Due to the nature of this show
we will be on a very tight schedule. STABLING: Limited number of stalls available on a first come first reserve basis. $25.00 per day. Bring your own food & water buckets. No overnight stabling is available. Please contact Judith Fiorentino at 256-837-5474 or steelprize@knology.net for availability of stalls. AWARDS: Ribbons through 6th place for all regular classes. Scores count toward TVDCTA Year-end awards. CONCESSIONS: Concessions will not be available at the venue. Please arrange to bring your own snacks and drinks. DIRECTIONS TO STEEL PRIZE STABLES, MADISON, AL: Take University Dr/Hwy 72W from Memorial Parkway (231). Go 7.2 miles and turn right onto Christopher Dr. Farm is at the end of the road, (about 0.3 miles). TIMES:

show/clinic schedule will be posted at www.tvda.org after
June 9th. MISC.: No dogs are allowed at the show venue. Dressage arena will close at noon on Friday to be readied for the show. All
riders under 18 years of age MUST wear an ATSM approved
helmet with a strap. No velvet hunt caps unless they meet ATSM specifications. ATSM
helmets are required while mounted. Readers
are not allowed for CT Dressage tests as per USEA rules. (Exception made for
JR/YR rides) Riders
are not to enter arena until gate keeper directs them to do so. No horses
are allowed in the arena before the show starts.
